At Rapid Plumbers, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided.

1. Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of plumbing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can assess and resolve the issue.

2. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Deposits

Certain large or special-order jobs may require a deposit. Deposits for special-order materials may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

4. Warranty-Related Issues

If a service is covered under our workmanship warranty and a problem arises within the warranty period, we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no additional charge. This does not constitute a refund but a service correction.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
